NSCNACC – The Norwegian Shipping Club & Norwegian-American Chamber of Commerce

The Norwegian Shipping Club (NSC) and The Norwegian-American Chamber of Commerce (NACC) were established as two separate organizations in 1982, NSC to serve as a venue for Norwegians working within the shipping industry, and NACC as the Southeast Chapter of a nationwide bi-lateral organization emphasizing the trade links between Norway and the US. The merging of the two organizations into one a few years back has long since proven its success. We have been able to strengthen our focus on serving all of our members, and at the same time broaden the membership platform.

NSCNACC is a non-profit membership organization formed to develop, promote, foster and sponsor personal and business relationships within and between the Norwegian and the American shipping clusters in Florida, and to improve trade, business and cultural relationships, financial activities and professional interests between Norway and Florida.

NSCNACC is dedicated to support our members by creating venues and networking opportunities for them to meet and mingle with both friends and business associates, thus catering to social needs as well as business ones.

As a member of NSCNACC you are entitled to reduced entrance fees to our 8-10 yearly events, including our March Seatrade Kick-Off Party; our June Cruise Ship Luncheon; and our December Norwegian Christmas Buffet, our three most popular events.
You’ll receive a weekly news bulletin compiled by the Norwegian-American Chamber of Commerce Inc., and NACC’s bi-monthly NACC eNEWS, the bulletin giving a variety of business news from Norway, the NACC eNEWS focusing on Norwegian-American issues.
We also publish our own Monthly Newsletter bringing you updates on our activities.

NSCNACC is member of Association of Bi-National Chambers of Commerce in Florida (ABiCC), an umbrella organization for more than 40 chambers of commerce in our region. All our members are invited to events hosted by ABiCC, and upon request also to events hosted by any of the other chambers of commerce in our region.
